Dunwoody Asset Management, LLC is an investment
banking and business advisory firm that is located in Atlanta, Georgia. The firm is focused
on serving the capital raising and comprehensive business advisory needs of our clients.

valuations ranging from $10 million to $300 million, as well as, select private companies.

Mr. Jenkins is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Dunwoody Asset
Management, LLC. Prior to co-founding Dunwoody Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Jenkins worked for
several years as an Investment Banker with SPE, an Atlanta-based boutique Investment Bank. Mr.
Jenkins has over fourteen years of experience in corporate finance working on a broad array of
projects including equity, debt and securitization transactions. Mr. Jenkins’ industry
experience includes restaurant, healthcare, wireless telecommunications, basic manufacturing,
oil and gas exploration and insurance services. Mr. Jenkins’ career also includes various
positions with FMAC and SunTrust Banks, Inc.
Mr. Jenkins is a native of Savannah, Georgia and he attended the University of Georgia. He
received a BBA in Banking and Finance as well as a BBA in Risk Management Insurance from the
University of Georgia. Mr. Jenkins received a MBA from Mercer University in 1998. Mr. Jenkins is
actively involved in various civic and professional organizations and he serves on various
boards.
Mr. Jenkins holds the Series 63, 7 and 24 licenses.
Mr. Norman is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Dunwoody Asset Management, LLC. Mr. Norman has over fifteen years of experience in the financial sector and he has been instrumental in the managing, funding, structuring and underwriting of more than $1 billion in debt and equity transactions during his career. Mr. Norman has provided capital raising and corporate finance advisory services to both private and public companies during his career as an investment banker. Prior to co-founding Dunwoody Asset Management, LLC, Mr. Norman served as Mergers & Acquisitions Manager for an Atlanta based boutique investment banking firm. Mr. Norman\'s career in finance has also been highlighted by various positions held with Finova Capital Corporation, KBC Bank N.V. and Wachovia Bank. During his tenure with these organizations, Mr. Norman developed significant expertise in structuring and underwriting complex financial structures and instruments for private and public companies as well as governmental, quasi-governmental and healthcare organizations in the public sector. Mr. Norman is a native of Atlanta and attended Emory University. He received a B.A. in Mathematics from Emory University and later received a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with majors in Finance, Management Strategy, Operations and Decision Sciences. Mr. Norman received the F.C. Austin Fellowship and Johnson & Johnson Leadership awards while attending Kellogg. Mr. Norman is also actively involved in various civic and professional organizations and activities. Mr. Norman’s Series 63, 7 and 24 licenses are not currently active and he is not a Representative with Security Capital..
